Job Description
· Answer customers queries over phone, email and chat
· Take customers’ requests for orders returns and cancelations · Handle customers complains · Conduct outbound surveys · Take ownership of customer’s cases and follow up with concerned departments · Provide first call resolution when possible and ensure customer satisfaction |
Desired Skills
· Able to communicate fluently in English verbally over phone and written on emails and chat
· Previous call center experience is a must · Capable of handling customer complaints and queries and ensure customer satisfaction · Understanding of the basic customer support KPIs from previous experience; Average handling time, First call resolution, case ownership and follow up etc · Able to work rotational shift basis |
